Xquisite has spent five years developing a procedure to manufacture a ceramic transducer utilizing modern manufacturing techniques. As a result, their engineers have successfully produced this precision component to meet specific requirements. By designing the cantilever to be partially hollow and with an octagonal cross-section, they have achieved exceptional rigidity for the entire cantilever and coil-body unit. This design eliminates any joints at the point of the highest dynamic load, ensuring that the music signal remains pure from the diamond tip to the coil body.
